YOUR mobile apps
Display AiT swim and fitness timetables in your mobile apps. Whoever your mobile app provider, our timetable API’s and mobile optimised iFrames can be displayed as tiles within your own mobile apps. Gladstone and Legend customers can take advantage of an additional module to push live AiT timetables into Innovatise powered mobile apps with an intuitive and native experience for customers. Netpulse clients also have the option of a real-time AiT swim timetable app tile.

AIT TIMETABLE API
Active in Time timetables are now available via API at no extra charge which enables your web developers to design custom and fully responsive and integrated timetable layouts for your website. Active in Time API is included in your standard license fee, and we offer a free of charge evaluation period. Please enquire for further details. API documentation for developers are available here.

POSTER TOOLS
Poster Tools has developed a 1-click ordering system to get customised, branded & stylised AiT powered timetables printed and delivered next day direct to your centres. Or you can send pdf's straight on to your local print partners up to A0 in size. All the timetable data is pulled in live from Active in Time, so once you've setup your template no extra work is required, just print what you want, when you want it.

Control from head office or delegate to allow individual sites to print their own posters/leaflets as and when they need to. That last minute amendment is no longer a costly redesign! With Poster Tools you can upload your logos, imagery, match fonts. Choose the block design for swimming timetables or the text based session layout for Group Exercise classes. With both you can add a colour key for grouping session types.

AiT Voice
We have partnered with Twilio, a global comms business to utilise their cloud API to turn your timetable into an automated phone line. This line can integrate into your existing phone system or function as a stand alone phone line for customers to call direct. Our Timetable software plus AiT Voice will provide your customers with up to date information through both audio and visual channels. AiT Voice is an optional paid for great value service and we offer a free of charge evaluation period.
